Name history & rebrand: Celestia Payments Inc. was formerly Cointerra Digital Solutions Inc. The company changed its name on 30 June 2026 to reflect its strategic repositioning from a crypto-native business to compliant payments infrastructure. The legal entity, incorporation, and FINTRAC MSB registration number are unchanged.
